About Wintersweet

Wintersweet, with its beautiful and elegant yellow blossoms, only blooms in the twelfth month of the Chinese lunar calendar. When it blooms, temperatures often drop to around minus ten degrees Celsius. The fragrance of its flowers is crisp and noble, a distinct aroma that belongs to the cold winter months.

We source wild tea leaves from the high mountains of Tongmuguan and pick them before April 4 (Ming Qian). Using a one-bud and two-leaf picking method, this high-altitude wild black tea is truly precious, featuring a sweet, clean flavor and the unique character of the mountain, resulting in a rich and mellow taste that brings joy. Furthermore, the floral notes inherent in the black tea beautifully complement the fresh fragrance of wintersweet.
